I was extremely fortunate to find a path that led me to a motorsport career on the other side of the track. A solid business education in Brand development and distribution aided my career that delivered some of the following high points.

Managing the European operations of a major American Brand.

Owning and running a British SuperBike team.

Sales and Licensing Director responsible for F1.

Licensing and Brand development in WSB and World Rally.

All of the above honed a skill set, that was vital in the successful negotiation of complex Global licensing and distribution agreements with some of the World's leading Motorsport names.

They say in life things go full circle, and for me thats certainly been the case. The opportunity to ride again in Veteran Uprights was too good to let slip. The realisation that even after all these years my passion for the sport that started it all back at Coventry was as strong as it ever was. The Speedway community is still the best there is. From my involvement and interaction with some very key people it has become obvious that an opportunity to give back to the sport that started everything was presented to me. The experience and knowledge gained over nearly four decades should be put to good use rather than become just a book of happy memories.
